BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF SCSN
The students' chemical society of
Nigeria (S C S N ) is the
undergraduate arm of the
chemical Society of Nigeria
(C S N). It was established
in ABIA STATE
UNIVERSITY UTURU in the year 2001,
this was after an urgent need
for the students of industrial
Chemistry and education
Chemistry to come under
one umbrella body
and forge a common front arose. This was to
achieve and maximize the
academic and social benefits
associated with the chemical world.
Election into the
executive positions of the
Association has been held every year,
since 2001 till date.
The 2011 Administration
led by Comrade Anwasia Arinze,
Comrade Mbanugo Juliet and
Comrade Ogili Emmanuel and Rt Hon.Okonkwo Izuchukwu as the President,
Vice President and Mayor and the speaker respectively
brought and nurtured the idea of
Creating this site so that students
and Alumnus both within and outside
the school will always be connected
